Late on Tuesday evening, the first "Coppa Italia" quarterfinal took place, where Rome's "Lazio" and Florence's "Fiorentina" met. The match between these two teams was indeed serious.
Playing at home, the capital's footballers gave their opponents territorial advantage, but they themselves created effective counterattacks and had more dangerous opportunities.
One such opportunity was seen by the fans already in the sixth minute, when Sergej Milinkovic-Savic's excellent pass led Senad Lulic into a good position. He deceived the opponents' defender and sent the ball into the goal.
