Football world was shocked this morning by tragic news - a plane carrying the highest Brazil league team "Chapecoense," players, club staff, and journalists crashed in Colombia. This news shocked the entire football community, and condolences were expressed by the most famous football people - David Beckham, Wayne Rooney, Sergio Ramos, Iker Casillas, Radamel Falcao, and others. The official club website posted on Twitter after the tragic plane crash: "May God be with our athletes, leaders, journalists, and other guests who were in our delegation." In total, 81 people were on the plane flying to Colombia to play in the "Copa Sudamerica" match. As it turned out, only six survived, while the rest died in the tragic plane crash. It is reported that among the survivors are the defenders Neto and Alan Ruschel, goalkeepers Danilo and Jackson Follmann. Also, a female member of the flight crew was taken to the hospital. The plane, which took off from Bolivia, crashed in the mountainous region of Cerro Gordo, about 50 kilometers from the second largest Colombian city Medellin. "Chapecoense" club made its way to the top Brazilian football league in 2014, demonstrating good football and aiming for titles.
