Danny Rose has spoken with London's Tottenham officials about his future on Wednesday, reveals football news portal Goal.com sources.
The left-back recently publicly criticized the club's passivity in the transfer market and did not play in any of the first two Premier League matches.
He is particularly interested in London's Chelsea and Manchester United, who are specifically missing this player's position. In addition, these clubs could definitely pay him a significantly higher salary than the 65,000 pounds sterling per week that the Englishman currently receives.
Rose recently also stated in an interview with the newspaper The Sun that he "knows his worth," so there is a possibility that he has decided to continue his career elsewhere.
However, the 27-year-old footballer later apologized for his words and insisted that they were thoughtless.
Interestingly, Rose has not played in official matches since January when he suffered a knee injury. Nevertheless, Tottenham would certainly not let him go without a generous transfer fee, as they managed to get for Kyle Walker. This defender moved to Manchester City for 50 million pounds.
