Germany's national team and London's team goalkeeper Jens Lehmann still doesn't know where he will play next season. The 37-year-old footballer is looking to sign a long-term contract, while Arsenal is offering him a one-year deal.

Arsenal's coach Arsene Wenger hinted that he would like to see J. Lehmann in his team next season as well, but he does not intend to change his policy - the strategist offers only one-year contracts to players over 30 years old.

"I don't know if J. Lehmann will stay in the Arsenal team. We recently met with him and discussed the matter, but for now nothing is clear, in the near future we will try to figure it out once again. I would like him to stay, but we will not offer him a contract longer than one year. Everything can change for those who offer him a three-year contract," shared A. Wenger.

"Our negotiations are only between me and Jens. We will discuss everything in the next few weeks. He may sign a contract with another team, I am willing to take the risk. We have three top-level goalkeepers in our squad. I would like everything to be resolved by summer. However, even if Jens decides to leave the team, it will not affect his playing time," said the Arsenal coach.
