Excellent goalkeeper Manuel Neuer's performance helped the Gelsenkirchen team "Schalke" to secure a goalless draw in Friday's German championship match against the leader Borussia Dortmund.
Dortmund's footballers dominated throughout the match, but were unable to beat the main German national team goalkeeper, and in the end, 18-year-old Mario Goetze hit the crossbar.
By securing a point, "Borussia" temporarily increased their lead over their closest pursuers to 12 points. Meanwhile, "Schalke" moved up to 9th place.
