The German Crash Extended by the French National Team in the League of Nations

On Tuesday, the break of national teams ended - the remaining nine matches in the A-D divisions of the UEFA Nations League were played.

In Paris, Joachim Low's coached German national team sought to break the streak of losses. The first half promised a lot, but the ending of the match was not favorable for the Germans - the French celebrated a victory with a score of 2:1.

In the 14th minute, the Germans took the lead after Toni Kroos' 11-meter penalty, but in the 62nd minute Antoine Griezmann equalized with a wonderful header.

If in the first half the Germans dominated in terms of opportunities created, in the second half the French had a clear advantage. In the 80th minute, the decisive goal was scored by the same A. Griezmann - after a rather controversial 11-meter penalty.

For the Germans, this was their second failure in the past three days. In the Nations League, they have not won a single match - two defeats and a draw.

France is the leader of the group with 7 points. Netherlands, having played only two matches, have three points.

In the B division, Wales and Ukraine celebrated victories, in the C division Norway surpassed Bulgaria, while Slovenia and Cyprus settled for a draw.

In the D division, Kazakhstan, Armenia, and Georgia achieved convincing victories. Gibraltar defeated Lichtenstein after a fierce battle.
