The hunt for young talents continues: "Borussia" acquires another German football pearl

Dortmund's "Borussia" official website reported that they have completed negotiations with Mönchengladbach's "Borussia" for the acquisition of 21-year-old midfielder Mahmoud Dahoud.

Germany's rising football star will join the "yellow and black" team in the upcoming summer. Both clubs have agreed not to disclose the details of the transfer.

This summer, "Liverpool" was ready to fight for the promising football player, however, the "Borussia" outbid the English by signing one young talent after another.

"Mahmoud is a talented central midfielder who has significantly improved over the past few years. He has almost proven that he can play at the very highest level," said BVB sporting director Michael Zorc about their new team member.

During his time at "Gladbach", M. Dahoud played 52 league matches and scored six goals. He also played in 17 UEFA Champions League matches and scored one goal.

The young footballer has signed a contract with "Borussia" until 2022.
