In Sunday's Bundesliga match at Dortmund's home, “Borussia“ defeated “Augsburg“ players with a result of 4:3 after a fierce battle.
In the first half, both teams scored two goals each. The hosts' team scored with Jude Bellingham and Nico Schlotterbeck at 29 and 42 minutes respectively, while the “Augsburg“ team responded with their own goals at 40 and 45+1 minutes by Arne Maier and Ermedin Demirovic.
In the 75th minute, Dortmund's team took the lead for the third time in this match after an excellent goal by Jamie Bynoe-Gittens, but the visitors did not give up and just a few minutes later, “Augsburg“ defender David Colina equalized the score once again.
However, just over a minute after the conceded goal, “Borussia“ surged forward in a fantastic winning style. In the 78th minute, Giovanni Reyna scored with a fantastic strike and the result became 4:3.
Currently, Dortmund's “Borussia“ is ranked in the sixth position in the league table. Interestingly, at the top of the table, the first, second, and third places are separated by just two points.
