In the German Bundesliga, intrigue is growing in the battle for the top spot. Dortmund's Borussia took advantage of Bayern Munich's stumble and defeated Stuttgart 2-1 at home on Saturday. BVB surged ahead in the 56th minute after a goal from Donyell Malen. The visitors equalized just seven minutes later with a goal from Roberto Massimo. Dortmund's victory was sealed in the 85th minute with Marco Reus's goal. Following this win, BVB now trails Bayern by just one point.
