Belgrade training Avram Grant insists that the friendly match with the Iranian club "Sepahan Isfahan" was canceled because he is Jewish.

Last month, the specialist who took over the reins of the Serbian team is convinced that it was his nationality and political disagreements between Israel and Muslim Iran that led to this decision.

Grant claims to have heard such an explanation unofficially: "I have never mixed politics and sports. In England, I worked with a variety of Muslims who became my friends."

"Partizan" canceled the usual training camp in the United Arab Emirates and moved to Turkey. This decision was motivated by Grant's nationality.
