ESPN reports that Spanish football legend Raul has reached an agreement with the second most powerful team in the NASL league, the New York Cosmos.
The 37-year-old veteran will defend the team's colors from the 2015 NASL spring season.
The financial terms of the agreement are unknown, but it is said that the contract will be signed for more than one year.
Raul is not in vain called a football legend in his country - he played 102 matches and scored 44 goals for the Spanish national team.
He is also an unbeatable player for the "Real" team in terms of goals scored - 323.
After leaving the royal club, the footballer represented the teams of Gelsenkirchen's "Schalke" and "Al-Sadd."
