"Milan" team is ready to snatch a football gem from right under the noses of famous foreign clubs who belong to the "Genoa" team.
"Calciomercato.com" reports that "Serie A" giants are planning to shake hands with the 16-year-old striker Pietro Pellegri already in January.
However, the wonderkid would continue to play for his current team, as "Milan" would loan him out.
It is worth noting that Pellegri's services are also being courted by London's "Chelsea" and "Man Utd" clubs.
The teenage sensation made headlines last weekend, becoming the youngest ever "Serie A" player to score two goals in a single match.
The Genoa team suffered a 2-3 defeat at home to Rome's "Lazio".
Hailing from various Italian youth teams, P. Pellegri is also one of the two youngest debutants in the history of "Serie A" championships (15 years and 280 days old).
The 193 cm tall striker, who scored a goal last spring, became the first player born in 2001 or later to score in the Italian championship.
