The Ministry of Education, Science and Sport has allocated 10 million euros to the country's sports federations and disabled sports organizations to finance high-performance sports programs. 7.4 million euros were allocated to 36 strategic sports federations and sports included in the Olympic Games program. As in previous years, the most funds were allocated to the Lithuanian Swimming Federation - 927 thousand euros. The Lithuanian Football Federation will also receive a significant amount. It has been announced that the LFF will receive an injection of 372 thousand euros. The Lithuanian Football Federation will not lag far behind the country's basketball federation, which received 516 thousand euros.
