The new head coach of the team is Davie Hay, who replaces Jimmy Calderwood, who is leaving the team to join the Scottish Premier League (SPL) opponents "Aberdeen."
It was rumored that the coach of "Dunfermline," where the Lithuanian national team defender also plays, could be former Spanish coach Javier Clemente, as well as Stan Ternent, Richard Gough, and Steve McMahon.
The new coach was announced this morning at a press conference organized by the team's general director Jim Leishman.
Last season, Davie Hay led the Livingston team. This season, the Dunfermlaine team finished in fourth place in the SPL, and in the Scottish FA Cup, they took second place, losing only to the Glasgow club in the final.
