The New FIFA President Will Be Revealed on February 26th.

The Executive Committee of the International Football Federation (FIFA) has announced that the new president's elections, as planned earlier, will take place on February 26 of next year.

Lately, there have been several suggestions to appoint a successor to Sepp Blatter earlier, as the Swiss, along with the federation's secretary Jerome Valcke, have been suspended from their duties for three months.

However, today's extraordinary meeting adhered to the previously scheduled date.

Blatter and Valcke were suspended due to an ongoing corruption investigation, which has shaken the entire football community and attracted attention from various world media outlets.

The 79-year-old Swiss was reelected as president in May, but immediately after his victory, he announced his resignation due to lack of support. Despite that, he denies all charges brought against him during this scandal.
