After 0-1 matches against Italy, the Swedish national team recorded an achievement that they will not be proud of - they now hold one of the anti-records of the European Championship.
Zlatan Ibrahimović and his teammates did not register a single shot on target in the first two matches, a statistic no other European national team has shown in the first two rounds. Swedes were also the first since 1980 to fail to shoot on target in two consecutive matches.
However, despite not having a shot on target yet, they did manage to score a goal in the first match against Ireland, when the Irish defender Ciaran Clark redirected the ball into his own net.
After the first two rounds, Sweden have only one point and will no longer be able to score points playing against Belgium.
