Representatives of the English "Premier" League club Nicklas Bendtner and Lee Cattermole have problems with the police.
The footballers were detained on suspicion of damaging several cars on December 6. Later the men were released on bail.
More details about the incident are not disclosed, Sunderland refused to comment on the situation.
Cattermole joined the team in 2009 after arriving from Wigan, while Bendtner is on loan from Arsenal in London.
