And Brazilian national team striker Hulk is negotiating with London for a possible transfer to the English Premier League.
The 25-year-old footballer is seen as an ideal replacement for recently departed Didier Drogba.
Hulk's agent told journalists: "There has been no official offer yet, but there is a huge interest. We should move forward next week. Besides Chelsea, four other English teams are also interested.
Last season, Hulk scored 21 goals in 38 matches and helped Porto defend the Portuguese champions' title.
