At the meeting of the Bundesliga leaders that took place on Sunday, Munich's Bayern crushed Berlin's Union 3-0 at home.

All three Bavarian goals came in the first half. Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting put his team ahead in the 31st minute, while Kingsley Coman doubled the lead in the 40th minute. The hosts' third goal was scored by Jamal Musiala after a pass from Thomas Muller.

In the second half of the match, Bayern continued to control the game and maintained their decisive lead.

Julian Nagelsmann's players are now at the top of the league table, with the same number of points as Dortmund's Borussia one step below. Meanwhile, Union is in third place and is now three points behind the leaders.
