The quarterfinal stage of the LFF Futsal Cup tournament has ended

On Monday evening, the quarter-final stage of this season's LFF Cup tournament was officially completed.

Undoubtedly, the central matches of the entire stage were played in the Kaunas sports hall, where "Kauno Žalgiris" met one of their main competitors - Jonava "Vikingai".

However, fans did not see much intrigue here - the team from Kaunas dominated throughout the match and secured a convincing victory with a score of 9:2.

Interestingly, the other match between two top league teams ended with an identical result - Vilkaviškis "Bruklinas" unexpectedly defeated "Gargždų Pramogos".

Solid victories were achieved by the teams playing against lower league teams, "VGTU Vilkai" and "Hegelmann", while the only lower league team to make it to the quarter-finals was Vilnius VDA, who won 5:4 against Biržai "Širvėnos" in a high-scoring match at home.
