Ronald Araujo extended his contract with the Barcelona club until 2031 yesterday.

It was revealed what the buyout clause for the Uruguayan will be.

According to the Spanish sports website Relevo, the defender's buyout clause currently stands at 65 million euros, and it will rise to 85 million euros in 2026.

It was also agreed with the club's sporting director Deco regarding a higher salary for the player.

Ronald Araujo has been playing for Barcelona since 2019 and has scored 8 goals in 155 appearances.
