London's "Arsenal" midfielder Santi Cazorla admits that he does not know when he will be able to return to the field.
Despite not playing since October 19, in January the club took the opportunity to extend his contract for another year.
However, recently he had to undergo another operation and it is unlikely that he will play football this season.
"Everything was going well until I started doing exercises with the bike. Then the Achilles tendon gave in," Cazorla told Onda Cero.
"On Thursday, I had to undergo a minor operation to fix the scar."
"A month and a half ago, I had a skin graft because my ankle was practically dead, which is why the wound did not heal after my first surgery in Sweden."
"We hope this will be the last one and I can return as soon as possible."
Despite the difficulties, Cazorla remains positive and hopes to be helpful to the team next season.
