On June 6th, at the courtyard of the "Kauno Žalgiris" football academy (Neries krantinė 7B), the "Kauno Žalgiris" football players will play their first home match of the 2020 A League season and will host the Vilnius "Žalgiris" team. Following the Government decision, these matches will be open to spectators who will only be able to enter wearing a protective mask. As the number of spectators is limited, the "Kauno Žalgiris" football club warns that the number of tickets to the matches is limited, and sales may be suspended at any time. Tickets for the match starting at 13:00 will cost 5 euros, while "Žalgiris" season ticket holders, "Žalgiris" Honorary Club members, students, and seniors will be able to buy tickets for 3 euros. Please note that spectators at the stadium (except family members) must maintain a distance of at least 1 meter, and wear protective masks throughout the event. Additionally, on June 7th, at the same stadium, the "Kauno Žalgiris" women's football team will play their first season match. Although entrance to the matches is free, all other conditions remain the same.
