Today, English football fans eagerly awaited news from the "Premier" league, which revealed the full schedule of the 2017-18 season.
The biggest attention, of course, was focused on the first round, but there will be no particularly attention-grabbing matches - the championship favorites avoided each other.
Defending champions "Chelsea" will start their journey in the "Premier" league at home, playing against "Burnley". London vice-champions "Tottenham" will face the returning "Newcastle United" away, while "Liverpool" will play against "Watford" away.
Manchester clubs also avoided the strongest opponents - "Man Utd" will face "West Ham" at home, while "Man City" will play away against league newcomers "Brighton".
Perhaps a more interesting clash will take place at the "Emirates" stadium, where London's "Arsenal" will face 2016 champions "Leicester City".
Nevertheless, fans won't have to wait long for clashes between the strongest teams: in the second round, "Tottenham" and 'Chelsea" clubs will face each other, in the third - "Liverpool" and "Arsenal", and in the fourth - "Man City" and "Liverpool".
