On Saturday, the matches of the 7th round of the "SMScredit.lt A Lyga" were played in Lithuania.
In the Aukštaitija stadium, the hosts Panevėžys "Ekranas" and Klaipėda "Atlantas" met. The dramatic victory with a score of 1-2 was achieved by the team from Klaipėda.
In the first half, the visitors from Klaipėda dominated. Already in the 39th minute, Evaldas Razulis, who has been unstoppable this season, put the visitors in the lead.
In the second half, "Ekranas" could not equalize. After numerous attempts, the Lithuanian champions managed to soften the result, when in the 75th minute, Tadas Markevičius scored after Vitalijus Kavaliauskas' pass.
However, "Atlantas" did not break after conceding a goal and in added time, they were able to snatch the victory. Kazimieras Gnedojus scored with a header after a corner kick.
In another match, "Šiauliai" achieved a narrow victory with a score of 1-2 against Alytus "Dainava" on the road.
