According to the Spanish press, football federation president Luis Rubiales had to resign from his position today. However, rumors were ultimately denied abruptly.
During the press conference, L. Rubiales boldly stated that he will not leave the position of federation president. He also claimed that the kiss after the final with Jenni Hermoso was initiated by the player.
