Another UEFA Europa League match, where Spanish and Italian teams were supposed to meet, will not take place this week.
The Spanish government has banned flights from Italy, so the match scheduled between Sevilla and Roma clubs on Thursday will be canceled.
Another Italian team, Inter Milan, is in a slightly different situation. The club should play against Getafe from Madrid, but they refuse to travel to Milan, which has become the epicenter of coronavirus in Europe.
The Spanish government also has problems - over 1000 cases and 31 deaths have been recorded in Madrid alone.
