015/16 EPL season start. (Part 1)

Supplemented:

On August 8th, the 2015/16 season of the English Premier League starts.

The transfer window will remain open for almost a month, and teams will surely adjust their squads, but the season is starting and we can review how teams have changed their rosters before the championship.

Let's start in order.

1. "Chelsea": practically the champions have retained last year's starting lineup. Only two team veterans left the team out of significant players: the second goalkeeper Petr Čech and backup defender D. Drogba.

In their place, the team acquired goalkeeper A. Begovič ("Stoke") and striker R. Falcao from "Monaco".

Also, "Chelsea" brought back to "Atletico" the Brazilian national team left-back Filipe Luis who didn't impress Mourinho.

But, quietly, they acquired the 20-year-old Chile national team Copa America champion midfielder C. Cuevas, as well as three young Brazilians: 21-year-old striker Lucas Piazon, 19-year-old R. Kenedy and 19-year-old midfielder Nathan (de Souza).

They also acquired a few more young-promising boys, but expecting any of them to shine in Mauro's well-coordinated orchestra is not worth rushing.

Many of them are awaiting hard and selfless work in training to convince The Special One that they can be included in the substitutes' list.

Most notably, the team still has the defensive midfielder Obi Mikel, who has long been "sold" by journalists, and the speedy winger V. Moses, who returned from "Stoke" after spending last season there on loan.

In the first EPL round, the champions will "examine" the 8th-placed team from last season's table, "Swansea City." In the "Swans" lineup, it seems there were no significant changes, but the attacking line should even strengthen: the team acquired striker A. Ayew from "Olympique Marseille," who scored 10 goals last Ligue 1 season.

Therefore, despite Mauro's men being "outraged" (due to non-superb pre-season results), they must be patient and cautious.

2. Manchester City: the losses of the vice-champions on this day are significantly greater than the acquisitions. Decide for yourselves: first of all, the longtime team servant J. Milner was released to "Liverpool." The striker Negredo was returned to Spain (to "Valencia"), and the midfielder S. Sinclair was handed over to "Aston Villa."

Another striker S. Jovetic, who sat on the bench, was loaned out to "Inter," once bought by Roberto Manchini... and the Bosnian E. Dzeko is already in "Rome."

Oh.. and unexpectedly, there was Frank Lampard stuck in Manchester..

Therefore, in the attacking line, besides S. Aguero (behind him) remains the former "Swansea" attacking leader Wilfried Bony, purchased last year and successfully warming the bench.

Also, an 18-year-old striker from Nigeria, K. Iheanacho, was acquired, and permission to be on the bench also belongs to the 19-year-old Spaniard Jose Angel Pozo... but they can expect serious roles only if their close relatives...

However, if City buys, then buys... With great pomp, they bought the "Liverpool" wonderkid Raheem... And quietly-calmly, another England national team starter F. Delph (from "Villa"...).

Now supposedly, it's the turn of the Belgian wonderkid Kevin...

The citizens, of course (as always), hope that after buying the necessary people, the team will start playing by itself... And we will live and wait...

The vice-champions will start the new season at the West Bromwich stadium against the local team that finished in 13th place in the previous championship...

In England, especially at the start of the season, there are usually no easy matches... WBA has enough experienced and high-class players in its lineup (the same J. Lescott left by Man City, the living legend of MU and the Scottish national team D. Fletcher, and others)... And on the eve of the championship, another gentleman who displeased the "big whales" (in this case, Liverpool) joined the boys - 188 cm athlete Rickie Lambert... He didn't join to tire of football...

Therefore, to take points from M. Pellegrini's students, they will surely have to tire themselves out from football.
