Harvey Elliott has signed a new contract with the Liverpool team. The "Reds" officially announced that they have extended the contract with the talented 19-year-old until 2027. Team manager Jurgen Klopp said: "This signing is beneficial from all sides. For us as a club, to continue our journey with this young talent who has already proven his worth on the field. Last season, H. Elliott was not the most successful after a serious ankle injury he suffered in a match against Leeds. However, a few of his performances last season were enough to convince the team manager that this young player is worth keeping in the first team and giving him more playing time. H. Elliott's services may be needed even more now, especially after it was revealed that Thiago Alcantara, who suffered a calf injury, will be out of the lineup for 6 weeks.
We are delighted to announce that Harvey Elliott has signed a new long-term contract with the club! 😁✍️
