London's Tottenham club showed the door to coach Tim Sherwood.
As predicted, the team from the English capital dismissed coach T. Sherwood from his duties, therefore they will have to look for a new team manager.
In December, the coach took over from the dismissed Portuguese Andre Villas-Boas and then signed an 18-month contract.
However, the Spurs' management used a clause in the contract and dismissed T. Sherwood after only half a year.
It is still unclear who could take over the team. Dutch national team coach Louis van Gaal, who was previously linked with Tottenham, is expected to become the strategist at Manchester United.
Among the candidates to become the head coach of Spurs, the names of Southampton coach Mauricio Pochettino and Ajax manager Frank de Boer are most frequently mentioned.
