This right was immediately used by the “Bordeaux” team, which acquired forward M'Baye Niang from “Rennes”. The transfer is free, but “Rennes” may receive bonuses for this Senegalese player based on his performances. Also, a condition was added that in case of M. Niang's future sale, “Bordeaux” would receive a percentage from the transfer, reports journalist Julien Maynard.
