The captain of the French national team and London club striker will miss Wednesday's UEFA Champions League G group first match against a German team after sustaining a minor foot injury during training.
As reported on Wednesday on the "Gunners" website, the Frenchman will not travel to Germany and will not play against the "Bundesliga" club, which finished third in the country's championship last season.
The head coach Arsene Wenger included young 18-year-old striker Theo Walcott in his team, giving him a rest after the England "Premier" league's 4th round match against "Middlesbrough" which ended 1-1.
However, there is some good news in the "Gunners" camp: German national team goalkeeper Jens Lehmann will be able to help his team. Previously, he couldn't do so because he was disqualified for a red card in last season's UEFA Champions League final.
Last season, T.Henry was the top scorer in the England "Premier" league, beating opposing goalkeepers a total of 27 times.
Also, T.Henry has been one of the top scorers in Champions League matches throughout his career, ranking fourth on the list. He has scored a total of 41 goals, trailing only the new Real Madrid striker Ruud van Nistelrooy and Chelsea's Ukrainian legionnaire Andrei Shevchenko, who have scored 43 goals each. The most prolific is Real Madrid's captain Raul.
