Real Madrid coach Jose Mourinho has stated that midfielders Pedro Leon, Royston Drenthe, and Fernando Gago do not feature in his plans for this season.
The Portuguese specialist hopes that by August 31, when the transfer window closes, they will be sold.
"These footballers do not fit into my plans, so they will not play," Mourinho said.
He also bluntly denied that he had halted the sale of Leon, which was purchased for 10 million euros last summer: "I would like Leon to leave."
Drenthe was loaned out to the team "Hercules" last season, while Gago and Leon rarely appeared on the field.
