However, "Hamburger" should be satisfied with the earned point, as in this match the "Gladbach" players, supported by their fans, played more actively and had more opportunities to score. Meanwhile, the "Hamburger" strategist acknowledged the superiority of the opponents and was happy with the earned point: "One point is not bad. "Gladbach" was simply the better team in this match. They pressed us, defended well, and we just couldn't find our game." In the next match, the "Stuttgart" team won their third victory of the season. The fourth-placed winners of the previous Bundesliga season defeated the league's absolute underdogs "Nurnberg" 1-0 away. The only goal of the match, which secured victory for the "Stuttgart" team, was scored by C. Tiffert. By earning three points, G.
