THIS is why "Milan" team was banned from competing in the Europa League for financial violations

"Milan" team will not be participating in the UEFA Europa League next season - the fashion capital club has been punished for financial violations.

The International Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) announced today an official statement, indicating that the "Milan" club will be unable to compete in UEFA tournaments next season due to breaches of Financial Fair Play (FFP) rules during the 2015-16, 2016-17, and 2017-18 seasons.

The disqualified Milan club will be replaced in the Europa League next season by the "Torino" team, which finished seventh in the "Serie A" championship.

In the Europa League, among the Italian teams, besides "Torino," both Rome clubs will compete next season.

The Italian media emphasizes that Milan club has already been in talks with UEFA about the possibility of not competing in Europe next season so that they can sort out their financial problems in the coming years.
