In the upcoming World Cup in Brazil, the national team might have to do without one of the most titled players, Dani Alves.
In yesterday's French Cup final between PSG and "Les Herbiers" (2:0), the veteran suffered a knee injury and will be out of the lineup for a few weeks.
However, a club representative rushed to downplay the situation today, stating that the newly crowned champion could recover faster.
"After a 21-day period, further tests will need to be performed, and then the true situation will be clarified."
Next Monday, Brazilian coach Tite plans to announce the lineup of players who will compete in the World Cup in Russia.
