Tired of racist insults, Athens' attacker Djibril Cisse will leave the club in the summer.

In an interview with the newspaper "L'Equipe," the black Frenchman noted that playing in Greece is difficult and even dangerous.

"This season, the atmosphere in the stands has worsened. I have been insulted twice as a monkey, the same happened on Saturday," said Cisse. "They bring inflatable bananas into the stadium and start waving them when I have the ball."

He continued: "I will definitely leave this summer. Playing here is impossible for me. Although the fans of "Panathinaikos" are great, as is the club itself, I no longer want to play in this league."

This season Cisse scored 18 goals in the Greek league.
