To Valencia "Barcelona" arrives without leaders

In the semi-finals of the King's Cup, "Valencia" team, having crushed "Barcelona" 7-0 in the first leg match at "Mestalla" stadium, will face without many key players.

The head coach of the Catalan club, Luis Enrique, decided to give rest not only to all three attacking leaders, but also to many midfielders and defenders.

Goalkeeper Claudio Bravo, forwards Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez, Neymar, midfielders Arda Turan, Andres Iniesta, Sergio Busquets, and defenders Jordi Alba, Javier Mascherano, and Gerard Pique did not make the official team selection for the match against "Valencia".

The remaining leaders at home were replaced by five players from the "Barcelona B" team and the goalkeeper Carles Alena from the "Barcelona Juvenil A" youth team.

The match between the teams "Barcelona" and "Valencia" will take place at 22:00 Lithuanian time.

This season's King's Cup final will be played on May 21, however, the Spanish football federation has not yet decided on the venue for the decisive tournament showdown.
