"Torino" sporting director Gianluca Petrachi revealed that London's "Arsenal" tried to buy striker Andrea Belotti.
The 23-year-old footballer has been impressing Italy with his performances this season, scoring 13 goals and providing four assists in 17 "Serie A" matches.
Foreign press recently reported on the interest of the "Gunners" in the forward.
"Yes, we received an offer, but it does not reflect the player's value," Petrachi replied to Sky Italia when asked about "Arsenal".
"Nevertheless, he will not leave anywhere now. We want to enjoy him, and then we will see what happens."
"We intend to keep Belotti, and president Urbano Cairo included this important buyout clause. I believe he is worth more than what they offered."
According to media reports, "Arsenal" wanted to buy the Italian national team striker for 65 million euros, but his contract includes a buyout clause of 100 million euros.
