Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio announces that Sevilla and Tottenham have reached an agreement on the amount for which Spanish club defender Jules Kounde can move to North London. The declared amount is 30 million euros plus Tottenham center-back Davinson Sanchez. Di Marzio also claims that if Spurs fail to acquire Jules Kounde, they would then try to purchase Inter center-back Milan Skriniar. Meanwhile, everything now depends on Jules Kounde and only he will decide whether he wants to join the Tottenham team or not. Sevilla should also pay 20% of the 30 million euros to the former defender's club, Bordeaux, so it is logical that another player is included in the deal.
