On Wednesday evening three matches of the third round of the FA Cup took place. The teams that met ended in a draw.
In the next round, "Bradford City" progressed, taking advantage of the opponent's red card at the beginning of the match and defeating "Milwall" with a score of 4-0.
The footballers of "Southampton", currently in third place in the Premier League, on the other hand, after a tough battle, narrowly defeated "Ipswich Town" who occupy the same position in the Championship. The only goal scorer in the 19th minute was Shane Long.
In a fierce showdown between two top league clubs, an intense struggle also took place. "Burnley", after Marvin Sordello and Rosso Wallace's goals in the eighth minute, managed to lead 2-0 against London's "Tottenham" on the road, but the "Spurs" quickly bounced back. Just two minutes later, Paulinho equalized, and at the end of the first half Etienne Capoue scored.
Just as the second half began, "Tottenham" continued their safe work, with defenders - in the 49th minute a goal came after Vlado Chiriches's shot, and three minutes later Danny Rose scored.
