ESPN journalist Julien Laurens reports that Tottenham are close to reaching an agreement with Metz for the acquisition of this talent. The transfer fee is reportedly around 15 million euros. However, Pape Sarras may still remain with Metz this season, and could start with the Tottenham team next season. This talented defender is highly rated in France. Last season, the 18-year-old made his debut in Ligue 1 and scored 3 goals. However, goals are not his only strength. P.
