The London club "Tottenham" will not continue to compete in the UEFA Conference League this season. The English club did not play the last group stage match against "Rennes" due to a coronavirus outbreak in the team, which was crucial for both teams. UEFA delayed making a decision regarding these matches, so both teams were included in the drawing of lots for the knockout stage. However, on Monday it was announced that "Tottenham" had 13 healthy players, so according to UEFA rules they had to play the match, and for not doing so they received a technical defeat with a score of 0:3 and ended their tournament appearance.
