As reported by "The Mirror", Spurs would like to borrow the winger by paying a £10 million rental fee.
The player himself would also have to lower his appetite, as his current salary is unsustainable for Tottenham.
The London club is also approaching the acquisition of Fulham defender Ryan Sessegnon - the 18-year-old Englishman will cost the team £25 million.
