London's "Tottenham" fans will have to support their beloved team at a different stadium next season. North London club officially announced that due to reconstruction works at "White Hart Lane" stadium, "Tottenham" will play their home matches at "Wembley" stadium throughout the 2017-18 season. This will not be a big surprise for "Tottenham" fans - the club played all matches at "Wembley" stadium until their exit from the UEFA Champions League this season. The "Spurs" may face one big problem - insufficient filling of the stands. The "Wembley" stadium, with a capacity of 90,000 seats, was not full during Champions League matches as well, but the "Spurs" will have to come to terms with that. Still fighting for the Premier League title, "Tottenham" will host their toughest opponents - London's "Arsenal" footballers - on Sunday at "White Hart Lane" stadium.
We can confirm that, following a Board meeting today, we’ve taken the decision to activate our option with Wembley National Stadium Limited. pic.twitter.com/DuQZsPedOB
