On Sunday evening, the last 13th round match of the English Premier League took place.
In front of their fans in London, Tottenham clashed with West Ham players. In the neighborly duel of the tournament table, a stunning 4-1 victory for Spurs was recorded.
The hosts showed initiative from the very beginning of the match and in the 23rd minute Harry Kane led the team ahead. Just 10 minutes later, defender Toby Alderweireld increased the advantage after Christian Eriksen's pass.
In the second half, Spurs did not intend to stop and in the 50th minute, the scorer of the first goal, H. Kane, started the opponent's breakdown. The Hammers continued to unsuccessfully attack, and in the 83rd minute the hosts scored the fourth goal, with Kyle Walker as the author.
At the end of the match, West Ham managed to score a consolation goal, but Manuel Lanzini's accurate shot was not able to help them.
Tottenham remains in fifth position and reduces the gap to the leaders to 4 points. West Ham remains in seventh place with 21 points.
