Injured "Roma" attacker Paulo Dybala is making every effort not to miss the upcoming World Cup.
Earlier this month, the Argentine, who suffered an injury in the match against "Lecce," decided to look into successful fast recovery stories of the world's most famous athletes.
According to "Corriere dello Sport," the player with a strained tendon is using methods previously used by David Beckham, Rafael Nadal, and Kobe Bryant.
P. Dybala works out in the gym every day and performs physiotherapy exercises.
The essence of the method is to focus mostly on medical work and analysis, blood and DNA, while carefully performing planned sports exercises.
