On October 9th, the statue of Zlatan Ibrahimovic in the city of Malmo was unveiled and ended its existence.
Local vandals, undoubtedly supporting the "Malmo" club, cut off the legs of the statue, and it fell on the protective fence. To top it off, an eloquent inscription was left: "Fix this trash!"
Z. Ibrahimovic has always been considered a legend of the "Malmo" club, but he himself attracted the displeasure of fans with his actions.
The attacks started after the footballer bought 25% of the shares of the "Hammarby" club - one of the biggest rivals of the "Malmo" club in the country's championships.
These news sparked a weeks-long wave of destruction of Z. Ibrahimovic's statue.
