London's "Chelsea" team may soon change owners. Turkish businessman Muhsin Bayrak announced that he is in intensive talks with representatives of Roman Abramovich. "We are negotiating with Russian lawyers for the purchase of the 'Chelsea' club. The talks have now reached the stage of signing and soon we will try to bring the Turkish flag to London. Negotiations are nearing completion and we intend to finish everything soon," the billionaire said.
