At the beginning of this week, after mandatory coronavirus tests were conducted for the clubs of the "Premier" league, it was revealed that six COVID-19 cases were detected among all 20 clubs. On Saturday evening, it was announced that after repeated tests, two more cases of the virus were detected in different "Premier" league clubs. During the repeated tests, all clubs were able to test not 40, but 50 players and staff members. A total of 1744 tests were conducted in two testing phases in the "Premier" league, out of which eight were positive. Currently, it is unknown which specific clubs had the new COVID-19 cases. At the beginning of next week, the clubs of the "Premier" league will undergo testing for coronavirus once again.
